Privacy Policy

What information we collect, why, and your rights under UK law.

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Who we are

This policy covers the Top Games UK pages at nadaeloraby.com/top-games and explains how we handle personal information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message.
  • Your choices: your cookie banner choice, stored in your own browser.

We don't ask you to create an account and we don't collect payment details.

How we use it

We use your message only to reply to you and to improve our content. The form is processed on our server, emailed to our team through our email delivery provider, and a copy is kept in a protected server log so we can check it arrived. We delete it once your enquiry is dealt with.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. It's shared only with the hosting and email providers who help us run the site. When you follow a link to a game's website, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how it's used, by using the contact form or emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
